Our services include a mobile petting zoo which is ideal for children’s parties, education programmes, therapeutic sessions, weddings, fun days, school visits, community events and much more.

Jigsaw farm is a mobile petting zoo based in Mid Ulster in the heart of Northern Ireland.

We provide our animal services through the whole of Northern Ireland and because we are strategically based the animals have no more than 1 hour to travel to any location. Animal welfare is our number one priority and we ensure that not only our customers but our animals are happy at every appearance.

Our petting zoo is entirely mobile, meaning we can come to you wherever you are, where people want to see and touch the friendly animals.

Why work with us?

What makes us different from any other petting farm is that we are a social enterprise and operate on a not for profit basis. When you book with us, your money is going towards the training and development of those on our social programmes. The Mobile Farm concept embraces the desire to bring children and adults into close contact with farm animals, thus inspiring interest and respect, whilst providing an exciting experience in the security of their own environment.

Meet the animals

The Mobile Farm can include sheep and lambs, goats and kids, piglets, miniature donkeys and ponies, rare breed poultry, ducks and geese, hen and chicks, giant rabbits, guinea pigs and llama, but if there is any other particular animal you require let us know and me might have one on the farm. The emphasis is on touching and feeding the animals to build confidence and awareness while learning about the world around us in a fun way.

We hold all necessary DARD and Zoo Licences and all staff are Access NI checked to give you complete piece of mind. We carry £10 Million public liability insurance and risk assessments are available in the Downloads section.

Our staff are fully trained in First Aid, Fire Warden, Child Protection, Animal Handling and Animal Transport. We bring everything we need including hand washing facilities and first aid station and clean up thoroughly on our departure so when you book you can relax and let us handle everything else.
