Sheep are widely used around the world for their meat, wool and milk. Dairy Sheep in Ireland have been fairly uncommon until recent years but with the increase in demand for Sheep milk it is becoming a more common industry. This is because the milk is much lower in Lactose which some people have an intolerance to.
